This spacious apartment offers 5 unique rooms, each with its own charm, perfect for groups of up to 12 people. Whether you're coming for a weekend getaway with friends or family, a retreat, team-building, or a business meeting, our accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Rooms & Comfort

Each room has its own unique character, ranging from the cozy "Zeester" family room to the luxurious "Anemoon" room with a private jacuzzi and steam cabin. Our adventurous "Visdief" room, a former prison cell, is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via the exterior of the building. This unique room has been transformed into a charming space with modern facilities. All rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, TVs, and private sanitary facilities, ensuring privacy and comfort for all our guests.

Shared Spaces

The communal living area offers plenty of seating for the whole group. Here, you can brainstorm, relax, have breakfast/dinner, watch a movie, or play a game together. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing your own meals. You can also enjoy the spacious, covered balcony with lounge chairs – perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Upon request, we can set up a self-service breakfast with fresh rolls, toppings, muesli, and milk. Coffee and tea are available all day long.

Business Opportunities

In addition to relaxation, our accommodation is also ideal for business purposes. The living area can be flexibly arranged for team meetings, brainstorming sessions, or team-building activities. We offer the option to customize the space setup for business meetings, with ample tables, chairs, and presentation space. Our location is perfect for companies looking for an inspiring environment, away from the hustle and bustle, yet easily accessible.

Wellness & Relaxation

Enjoy the wellness garden, complete with a jacuzzi and sauna, after a full day. It can be rented in blocks of 120 minutes for €10,- p.p.(minimum 50,-). A relaxing and luxurious experience that completes the stay. The jacuzzi fits up to 5 people, and the sauna can accommodate 6 people.

Location

The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from the cozy center of Ouddorp, with restaurants, supermarkets, and terraces within reach. The North Sea beach and Grevelingenmeer are about a 20-minute walk and a 5-minute drive away. For guests arriving by car, there are parking spots directly at the door and a free parking area just one minute away. Bicycles can be safely stored in the enclosed shed.

Sustainable & Modern

Our group accommodation features underfloor heating and new air conditioning units (2024) for a pleasant climate in every season. Bed linen and towels are included for your convenience.

Festive gatherings are not allowed, and quiet time is observed after 11:00 p.m.
