In the cozy shared living area, you'll find several tables, comfortable chairs, a TV, and a sofa. Relax on the spacious, covered balcony with lounge chairs, and make use of the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a delicious meal.

During your stay, you can enjoy unlimited coffee and tea.

Breakfast surcharge: Every morning, you can wake up to a delicious self-service breakfast at a time that suits you. Everything is ready for you in the fridge and breakfast area: fresh bake-at-home rolls and croissants, a selection of sweet and savory spreads, muesli, milk, yogurt, and various juices.

The private wellness garden with jacuzzi and sauna can be rented in 120-minute blocks for €60,- per 1-2 persons. Before your arrival, you will receive an online booking link to easily make a reservation.
